CNC machine tools of our production are equipped with Mink lob vacuum pumps from the company Busch. These pumps offer the highest vacuum generation efficiency for industrial purposes, consistent performance, as well as minimal maintenance requirements. Thanks to advanced vacuum lob technology, Mink pumps achieve a very high level of efficiency, which has a positive effect on energy consumption and productivity. In practice, this means savings in energy costs up to 60% compared to conventional vacuum technology while ensuring the same pumping speed. An additional advantage of lob vacuum technology is the non-contact method of operation: none of the moving parts inside the vacuum pump come into contact with another, so that the these components do not wear out and device requires virtually no maintenance during operation. Maintenance work such as inspection and replacement of parts has been completely eliminated. With completely dry compression, requiring no operating fluids in the compression chamber, the costs associated with purchasing, supplying or disposing of them have been eliminated. Mink lobular vacuum pumps are air-cooled.
